We Bless…
We partner with agencies to identify and bridge the gaps between existing aid and the client’s needs. Then, by partnering with businesses and individuals we bless clients with financial assistance for basic human needs (rent, utilities, medical bills, gasoline), resources such as food, clothing, furniture, household items, and school supplies, and services such as vehicle repairs, legal aid, hair care, dental care, eye care, and family fun.
We Love…
Through our individual sessions and support groups we demonstrate love as we encourage and guide clients as they learn to thrive.
We Serve…
We serve our clients in real, tangible ways such as providing assistance with moving. We also serve our community by providing information about domestic violence and training on how to recognize and respond to domestic violence.

Thrive Interview with Representative Kate Klunk!
Thrive stands for:
Together- Only together can we truly help our clients and make a difference.
Healing- Our clients need healing from the scars left by their abusers and they need to be led gently through this process.
Restoration- We help our clients begin to restore some sort of normalcy to their lives, by helping them put a roof over their heads and food on the table.
Identity- We help them realize who they are without their abusers and who God made them to be.
Victory- We help our clients to be victorious over the effects of abuse, and enable them to break the cycle that traps too many.
Empowerment- We empower them to remain free and do more than they ever thought they could do!

A note from our Executive Director:
“At Thrive our vision is to encourage and empower survivors to Thrive! We do this by partnering with local agencies to provide assistance in meeting the specific needs of their clients. Needs that the agencies themselves are unable to meet. This looks different for every client. For many it is helping to obtain furniture and household items for them and their children as they relocate. For some it is monthly budgeting, parenting classes and connecting them with other local agencies and resources. Finally, for others it is just being there for them and walking along side them as they continue on their journey from victim to victor. As a survivor of Domestic Violence myself, I know a lot of the hurdles these victims face, so I am able to better help them create an individualized plan that works for them. Our end goal is to help them break the cycle of abuse and empower them to do more than just survive; they can Thrive!
